Here is an introduction to the area.

Congress Arizona is about 78 miles from the heart of downtown Phoenix.  It is about an hour and a half drive.  From Phoenix, take the 10 West to the 303 North(Cotton Ln), then up to 60 West to Wickenburg, then veer right on 89 North to Congress.

Wickenburg is about 16 miles from Congress.  Wickenburg is a full service community.  Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, auto parts stores, beauty salons, tack shops, theater, airport, and much more.

Congress has a gas station, Family Dollar, dog groomer, grocery store, post office, several restaurants, RV park, and some odds and ends shops.  To get from Congress to Stanton, take 89N to Yavapai county rd 109 East(aka Stanton Rd) and go about 6 miles.  Rich Hill lays directly east of Stanton.

This is not a complete list of local businesses.  There are just far to many to put up here.  I've added some that you'll probably want to visit.
