Hassayampa River frontage!  Yes, it's very hard to get a claim with running water, but we did it!  Enjoy this nice riverfront claim with trees to catch some shade while your prospecting.  The Hassayampa River Trail runs through the claim.  4X4 or atv recommended for that route.  I've seen 2wd do it, but it is a gravel river bed.  There are several other trails close to the claim.  There are great peaceful places to camp and prospect.  Plenty of washes and creeks to dig, and lots of ridgeline with quartz to metal detect.  The video is like being there.  While shooting the video I came across a Gila Monster tucked away in its hole.  It has seasonal water however, the dryer times of the year, all you have to do is dig into the gravel to get more.  Beautiful area and the gold from the Bradshaw Mountains drains into the Hassayampa River.
