14 Placer & Lode claims

Here is your opportunity to acquire 253 acres of some of the best gold rich claims in North America.  These have never been available as a package in the past.  Two owners have come together to package enough acreage to peak the interest of junior and commercial miners.  Located in Stanton, Arizona on the world famous Rich Hill, these claims are proven gold producers.  Historically, Rich Hill was discovered in 1863 by explorers and has been known to produce very large and plentiful gold from these claims ever since.  Several of the claims have a Notice of Intent for exploration with heavy equipment.  There are 3 water producing wells.  I know of three books that have been written about this area.  Titled "Rich Hill, The History of Arizona's Most Amazing Gold District", covers the geology, the discovery and development of Rich Hill, hard rock and placer mining in the district.  The second book is on the Octave mine located to the south.  The third book, also written by Dr. Eric Melchiorre, explains the purity and location of various gold samples taken from these claims and others in the area.

Devils Nest 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,13,18, & Hackberry group on the east side of the mountain have easy access, strong lode and placer potentials, and one of the water wells is located there.  To the south is Weaver 1, a 40 acre placer that has Weaver Creek running through it.  Weaver 1 had been commercially bulk sampled in the 1980's and from the stories of the old timers, it produced very good.  There are two water wells located on this claim.  There are several  one million gallon holding ponds, a loading ramp and equipment staging areas still present on this claim.  Concrete pads for equipment.

The Rich Hill Group is located near county maintained roads, about an hour from Phoenix, and most major heavy equipment dealers service this area.  Empire Caterpillar and several others are in the area on a regular basis.  Housing is affordable for both buying a home or renting.  There is an experienced work force that can be drawn from the area.
