Due Diligence Investigations
The purpose of a DDI is to discover proper mineral rights ownership. More often than not, people assume since they received a deed for a claim that it is a valid claim. Most of the time it is not. They receive ownership in NOTHING since the claim may not have been properly located, recorded and maintained. There are many pitfalls that can cause a claim to become invalid. Why spend money on a claim if you are not receiving the true mineral rights? What if someone files a claim over the top of it and they do it properly? Will you still have the mineral rights? What if you claim is challenged in court? Will it hold up?
We recommend a Due Diligence Investigation be done on each mine or mining claim you purchase. We have found that VERY few mining claims can stand up to a court challenge for mineral rights. Federal and State laws dictate how a mining claims is to be located for it to be valid. Before you spend the money on a claim or mining operation, let us determine whether you are receiving proper "title" to the mineral rights. Just because it has an AMC number does NOT make it a legal valid claim. Our services start at $150./hr.
